आस की डोर टूट न जाए , इसको तुम थाम लो। जब कोई रास्ता न नजर आए, इसे तुम राह दो। विश्वास की ज्योत जलती रहे, इसे तुम ढाप लो। पैर डगमगा न जाए, इसे तुम उत्साह दो।

चलना न छोड़ दें , इसे तुम बांह दो। जीना न भूल जाए, इसे तुम श्वास दो। लड़ना न डराए, इसे तुम आस दो। अंधेरा न हो जाए, इसे तुम प्रकाश दो।

नज़र ना आए, इसे तुम आंख दो। मन की बात कही न जाए, इसे तुम साथ दो। कुछ मन को न भाए, इसे तुम चाह दो। इच्छाएं सारी मर जाए, इसे तुम निखार दो।

जनम लिया डाल से कट गई
गई अपनों की गोद में
अपनों की गोद सोचा जिसे
क्या गई थी अपनों की ही गोद में?

ज़िन्दगी मिली उधार जैसी
ना घर था ना कोई अपना
जिसको सोचा अपना वो तो दुनिया से भी बेगाना था

घर की तलाश में बाहर निकली बाहर अजनबियों का मेला था। सोचा अजनबियों को अपना बना लूं पर वो तो और झमेला था

ना घर ना बाहर ना अपना ना बेगाना किसको लें साथ सबके साथ में भी अकेला था

सुकून की तलाश में जहां भी गई सुकून ही की तलाश रही एक अपने की तलाश में जिंदगी उजाड़ ली

ना टूटना तुम कभी डाल से डाल तक ही सुकून है ना करना अपनों की खोज अपना तुमसा ओर नहीं

तुम ही अपना, तुम बेगाना तुम ही अपने साथ हो
सुकून तुम में नहीं तो सुकून कहीं और नहीं

Now a days a school can do big investment in luxuries but they are not ready to do good investment in their teachers. We know that students are their stakeholders. It’s a big duty of schools to make the students happy. But it doesn’t mean that teachers are not as important as students. Teachers are playing a vital role in schools. They are more important than everything. Good teachers are the great need of a school. Without teachers, Can you imagine a school? Only students are enough to run a school? Who will teach them? There are so many questions arising in my mind.
In the tough time of Covid 19, schools exploited our educators so much. All schools are not included. Some schools didn’t relieve even their sports teachers. Schools are not giving enough salaries to their educators till now. Covid 19 became a monster to our educators. Many good teachers have chosen another profession due to bad financial conditions. One question for you all , “How we will fill the space of good educators. Normally schools are not ready to pay good salary to their teachers. You can see many school’s buildings. Royal buildings and all luxuries have become the biggest need of our educational institutions. But, actually good teachers should be the first priority. Dear school management, kindly pay a handsome Salary to your teachers. It can enhance their moral. They get encouragement. They will perform their best. It’s an assurance that you will not be in a loss. Give happiness to your school’s veins.

दूर एक छोटा सा घरौंदा बनाओ।
उसमें एक प्यार का पौधा लगाओ।
पौधे को प्यार के पानी से सींचो
सुकून की घास से जमीन को सजाओ।
घरौंदे में साथ हो खुशियों का
मुस्कुराहटों से सराबोर हो दुनिया।
दुखों की धूल को प्यार से हटाओ
ना देना दर्द मुझे अपने लफ़्ज़ों से
अब ना रहा मेरे अंदर सब्र का आलम
मेरी ज़िन्दगी को सजाना खुशियों से साजन।।

जिंदगी की परछाइयों को पकड़ने की कोशिश             वक्त को बुलाया वो ना आया वापिस।                         रिश्तों ने हमे आजमाया                रिश्तों की सभा में कौन अपना कौन पराया  |             जब जानने की कोशिश की तो समझ ही नहीं आया सबको हमने समझाया । पर कोई हमको पढ़  ही नहीं पाया                                                              एक तिनका मांगा सुकून का , पर बदले मे बातों की कचहरी मिली।                                                                     

आंखो मे दर्द है पर देखने वाला कोई नहीं    ।                जिसको भी शिकायत करें उसके पास नसीहतों की कमी नहीं |

नहीं चाहिए राहगीर यह नसीहतों का गुलदस्ता l   जिंदगी को फिर से हसा सके करने दो कोई ऐसी खता  !!

We all are aware of religion’s role in our education system. Many schools are directly connected with a particular religion such as Hindu community schools, Convent schools, Gur Sikh schools and Madrasas. You all can perfectly understand that I am not talking about any particular religion. All community public schools connect with various religions. These kinds of schools teach students about their concerned religion. All community public schools celebrate special days of their religions with their students. One question arises in my mind, everyday, why do these schools give priority to special dates of their religion only. Why can’t they give respect to all religions or why can’t they keep education and religion separate? These schools can teach students about humanity. No religion is bigger than humanity. When so ever I think about today’s social and political environment, then I feel depressed. Today one community hates another community, why? This is happening not only due to current political disturbance but our education system is also a reason. Try to understand the purpose of education. Education shapes our young generation .But it can shape Hindu ,Muslim also due to their religion connection. We want good and responsible citizens, not Hindu -Muslim. But question is that education is free from all the bad things or not. I am not saying religion is a bad thing but there is no need of religion in education. Karl Marx words,” Religion is the sigh of the oppressed creature, the heart of a heartless word , & the soul of soulless conditions. It is opium of the people.” Need to understand his words . Man makes religion, religion does not make man. Now We are facing the results of given priority to religion in education. I remember one incident. Principal of one reputed school told me that incident. Director of one reputed school gave him the responsibility to reject one educator in an interview. The basis of rejection was not the lack of capability. That interviewee related to minority. Behind that rejection, disgusting reason was there. Castism can be a big enemy for anyone in our country. If you all are thinking about that only dirty politics can effect our young generation, Not at all, It’s originated from our community public schools also. School can teach students to love others, to love brotherhood, to obey humanity, to help all. Schools should spread love only, not hate. Schools can form students perspective strong and focused so that our young generation can differentiate between right and wrong. Nobody will not be able to use them for fulfilment of any cheap propaganda. I beg you all schools and educators, Please keep our education separate and pure.

We are all judgemental. Yes, even you. I certainly am, many times. I think it’s human nature. If you find yourself being judgemental, stop yourself. Whenever a teacher enters the classroom, upcoming environment of classroom depends on teacher’s last thoughts . Teacher’s thoughts can effect teacher’s behaviour in classroom and teacher’s treatment with students also. If a teacher sets an image of a student good or bad. It’s injustice. If teachers represent classroom , everyday is a new day for observe their students. Any student can change even in a day. For a teacher every student is equally important. Teacher can’t be judgemental. They should be different because they are teachers. Only they can set a new roadmaps for our society. They can’t be biased towards students.
Consequences of becoming judgemental teacher: This image setting process can destroy student’s present and future. Suppose any student tries to uplift but that’s completely not possible without support of a teacher. You would have heard,” A bad man is better than a bad name .” if we call a person bad again and again. That person will lose her desire to be nice. Try to give appreciation to all students time to time. It will work definitely. But criticism will spoil them.
Key points to change situation to avoid judgemental approach of a teacher:
Appreciation is important: Appreciation can change anyone easily. Student can be weak in studies or can be naughty . But we can change them by appreciation or affection.
Be a role model: Teacher is a person who has a huge impact on our lives specially on students. In school campus, something wrong is happened, raise your voice as a teacher. Your student will always follow you. Students tries to become ideal and inspirational like their teachers. You would have heard,” parents are the first teacher , teachers are the second parents .” so teacher’s virtues can effect student easily.
Understand : You have to understand your students and their needs. Try to understand why are they doing wrong . It can be your fault also .
Love : love can change anything. If teachers love their students. They can’t judge them. Love them .
Non – judgemental approach of a teacher: By staying non judgemental teacher, students are more likely to feel comfortable about discussing their issues with teacher. Your student will trust you due to your neutral behaviour towards them. As an educator, be a life changer, not a life spoiler .
Teaching is a noble profession. Teachers are for student’s welfare only. Teachers have a very significant, lifelong impact on all of their students. Reinforcing self- esteem in the classroom is associated with increased motivation and learning. Teachers are not for passing judgement only. Teacher is a guide not a critic. If you are a teacher, look at the students as your own child. Give them same treatment. Don’t judge them on the basis of anything. Try to do the same. I promise you will find change in their behaviour. They will start love you. They will try to improve their self . They will give you pure respect whole life. Try to get their love and respect.

Old times when we studied, we didn’t need any tuitions. Teachers gave us proper knowledge in schools only. But now some teachers give proper knowledge only to those students to whom they give tuitions. They are practical in nature not dedicated towards their profession. They are money 💰 minded teachers. Actually we can’t call them teachers. But think about them for a while. Are they fully responsible for this ???? No they’re not….They are selected because they are tech savvy. I am not saying that technology is not valuable for a teacher but I am saying that dedication is a main asset of a teacher. Teacher should be enthusiastic and dedicated towards teaching. There are so many dedicated teachers but schools authorities don’t want to give them opportunities because they don’t have knowledge about new teaching aids. If teacher is good in teaching, can understand student’s educational needs better so why we judge him/her on the basis of technology or teaching aids. One more reason why don’t dedicated and capable teacher be selected. You all are aware about the fashion of keeping HR faculty in schools. Mostly HR faculty in schools doesn’t related with educational field. They all judge and select teachers like corporate sector’s selection process. But it’s not right. According to HR faculty a teacher should be tech savvy, fluent in English, full of teaching strategies, well groomed person etc.etc. etc. I want to ask you some questions: 1. If a teacher is not fluent in English then he/she can’t be a good teacher?? 2. Without knowledge of teaching strategies,he/she can’t teach properly? According to me, a teacher’s real virtues are his/her enthusiasm, passion, learning capacity, sincere towards teaching, compassion, discipline, well known about every student’s psychology etc. But teachers are judged on the basis of technology. Due to wrong selection process, our innocent students pay back. Think for a while 🌱

मैं बात करना चाहती हूं उन साध्वियों की जो ईसाई मिशनरियों से सम्बन्ध रखती हैं मैं यहां एक धर्म विशेष की बात नहीं कर रही , तो इसे बिलकुल भी गलत दिशा ना दी जाए क्योंकि मैं सिर्फ इंसानियत के धर्म को मानती हूं। मैं एक अध्यापिका हूं और इनके साथ काम कर चुकी हूं ।शिक्षा के नाम पर विद्यार्थियों को जो परोसा जाता है वो शिक्षा या गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा तो कदापि नहीं होती , हमारे आसपास का पर्यावरण कैसा है इसपर ही निर्भर करता है कि हम किस तरह की शिक्षा ग्रहण करते हैं , ये साध्वियों को कहने के लिए तो ये शिक्षा दी जाती है कि दुनिया की बुराइयों को इन्हे त्यागना है और एक पवित्र आत्मा बनना है परन्तु इनमें वो द्वेष भाव और भी ज्यादा है । मेरा ये कहना बिलकुल नहीं है कि ये द्वेष युक्त भावना इन सब साध्वियों में होती है, कुछ आत्माएं होती है इन सब बुराइयों से दूर जिनको सिर्फ मानवता की सेवा करनी होती है।

सबसे बुरी बात यह है कि मासूम बच्चों को भी इसका मुआवजा भरना पड़ता है। कहने को तो इनके स्कूल लड़कियों और लड़कों के लिए सांझे होते हैं पर वो सिर्फ कहने के लिए ….. वास्तव में यह देखा जाता है कि कहीं कोई लड़का या लड़की आपस में बात तो नहीं कर रहे और अगर उन्हें सिर्फ बात भी करते देखा गया तो भी उसके बाद उनके साथ क्या होगा ये तो उन्हीं को पता चलता है। इतना मानसिक कष्ट दिया जाता है इनको ये तो सिर्फ वो ही जानते हैं वरिष्ट अध्यापिकाओं के द्वारा उनके साथ जो होता है वो मैंने देखा है, उस समय मैं इन सबसे लड़ नहीं पाई क्योंकि मैं इतनी परिपक्व नहीं थी । लड़कियों को धमकी दी जाती थी कि तुम्हारे माता पिता को बताया जाएगा और ये तो सच है कि अगर आज के समय भी किसी माता पिता को बताए तो वो लड़की का विश्वास कभी नहीं करेंगे बल्कि उन्हें ही दोषी ठहराएंगे तो उन बच्चियों को वो पराए लोगों का अपमान सहना थोड़ा कम लगता है। कक्षा में लड़के लड़कियों को अलग अलग पंक्ति में बैठाना और अध्यापक का हर समय उनपर एक जासूस कि तरह नजर रखना कैसा अपमानजनक लगता होगा ।ऐसे में विद्यार्थी का संपूर्ण विकास कैसे होगा जब उनकी पहचान एक विद्यार्थी की तरह नहीं एक लिंग विशेष से की जाए।

ये मिशनरी लोगो की मदद करने के लिए होती हैं , उन विद्यार्थियों के लिए जो गरीबी में जी रहे हैं उन्हें शिक्षा का सुख देने के लिए ,.. परन्तु इन विद्यालयों में उन विद्यार्थियों को भर्ती किया जाता है जो उनके वरिष्ट अध्यापकों की पसंदीदा सूची में आते हैं चाहे वो करोडपति की औलाद क्यों ना हो , मेरे सामने एक ऐसे पिता के बच्चे को परीक्षा ना लेने की धमकी दी गई जिसका मासिक वेतन 4000 रूपए था और उसके बच्चे कि सारे साल की फीस इकट्ठी होकर 20000 से उपर हो चुकी थी …. वो पिता उस दिन कितना मजबूर था मुझे आज भी नहीं भूलना वो दृश्य। वो मजबूर पिता मुख्याध्यापिका से मिलना चाहता था पर वो मुख्याध्यापिका उससे नहीं मिली क्योंकि वो भगवान के ध्यान के लिए जाना चाहती थी। मैं चर्च में भी रोज जाती थी क्योंकि मुझे वहां शांति मिलती थी पर किसी व्यक्ति को मज़बूरी ना समझना और प्रभु की अर्चना करना ,,,,उस अर्चना का कोई लाभ है..। अच्छे अध्यापकों को नहीं उन्हें आगे करना जो सुबह शाम मुख्याध्यापक कक्ष के चक्कर लगाएं। ये फिर भी किसी हद्द तक अनदेखा किया जा सकता है परन्तु विद्यार्थी और उनके अभिभवकों की मज़बूरी ना देखना और विद्यार्थियों को लिंग के आधार पर भेदभाव करना सिखाना कहां तक सही है। आप ही सोचे आप इन विद्यालयों में अपने बच्चों को भेजना चाहेंगे या नहीं

विद्यर्थियों को गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा मिलनी चाहिए ना की मानसिक शोषण का शिकार बनवाया जाए उन्हें… यह मिशनरी जो अच्छे काम कर सकती हैं अगर यह समाज को बदलना चाहे तो बदल सकती हैं। इन्होंने बदले भी हैं लोगों के हालात। परंतु इनको किसी के प्रभाव में नहीं आना चाहिए, और अपनी सच्ची नियत से काम करना चाहिए। मदर टेरेसा के विचारों को आगे ले जाना चाहिए। ये आजकल इसलिए अच्छा नहीं कर रही क्योंंकि इनको ये महसूस होने लगा है कि लोगों की लाइन लगी होती है इनके स्कूलों के बाहर , इसलिए इन्हें कोई कुछ नहीं कहेगा। इनको यह हमेशा प पता होना चाहिए कि वो लाइन आपके पवित्र वातावरण के भ्रम की वजह से है जिस दिन यह भ्रम निकला तो कुछ भी हो सकता है तो अपनी शिक्षा प्रक्रिया में सुधार करें। जो आपपर लोगों का विश्वास है उसे बनाए रखें। आशा है मेरे इन शब्दों को समझा जाएगा और इनपर विचार करके सुधार किया जाएगा।
